Alexander Oaks Office Park and the land adjoining it were purchased with the idea to bring Plant City inspiring, culture-conscious companies. Development plans include converting and updating the 40,000 sq. feet of commercial space in existence, and adding an additional 10,000 Sq foot building with additional parking.
