Alexander Oaks Office Park and the land adjoining it were purchased with the idea to bring Plant City inspiring, culture-conscious companies. Development plans include converting and updating the 40,000 sq. feet of commercial space in existence, and adding an additional 10,000 Sq foot building with additional parking. Several of the new spaces will have a ‘think tank’ feel for its occupants, including partners of the Florida Agency Network, and various other local businesses. In partnering with the Plant City Economic Development Corporation, the hope is for the development to bring a relaxed, collaborative workspace to the area and help draw more businesses to the I-4 Corridor.
